This innovative series introduces you to organizations that have taken a unique approach to addressing a particular HR need or issue. Each case study features an in-depth article and a video with interviews and first-hand accounts from people working at the organization.

In recent years, Big Brothers Big Sisters Edmonton and Area has seen an increase in demand for its services and so has focused on increasing capacity to be responsive to the emerging needs of clients and the community.
